Our Management Team

Greg Stearns - Chief Executive Officer
Greg brings over 28 years of leadership and management experience to our team. He spent twenty years as a carrier jet pilot in the US Navy and culminated his military career as the commanding officer of an FA-18C Night Strike squadron where he commanded 200 men and was responsible for over $200 million in hardware assets. Upon retiring from the navy, he accepted the position of Chief Executive Officer at CH Products, a manufacturer of precision pointing devices and gaming peripherals. He remained at CH for six and a half years before moving to a position as a consultant for a multi-national computer peripheral company. Greg was brought onboard Tel Tech Plus specifically to manage the company participation on the NMCI project.

Sharon Kuwabara - Controller
Sharon has over 16 years of extensive experience in all aspects of accounting. She has served with manufacturing companies, software development companies, and software product companies. She has used her expertise to bring efficiencies to the accounting practices of the companies for which she has worked. Sharon was brought on board Tel Tech Plus to professionally handle the myriad accounting aspects associated with a company experiencing rapid growth.

Randy Quinn - Voice Communications Manager
Randy has been in the telecommunications industry for 28 years and has held positions as a residential telephone installer for Pacific Telephone, a business systems installer and repairman, a supervisor for installation/repair/maintenance crews, and a manager for managed services at a private telecom company. Randy’s extensive experience throughout the voice and data communication industry has given him the background and expertise to direct and manage the general market division of Tel Tech Plus.

Chris Meade - Server Farm Program Manager
Chris has ten years experience in the telecommunications industry with credentials that range from cable pulling to network installation. He has designed the ISP infrastructure for large companies as well as serving as a project manager for both ISP and OSP projects. He has a significant knowledge base with all brands of switches, hubs and routers. Chris was the site manager for the fiber and copper plant installation at the SPAWARSYSCEN Point Loma server farm for the NMCI project, and was specifically brought on board due to his management experience and voice and data communications knowledge to coordinate the Tel Tech Plus work in Mission Critical data centers. Chris has a CCNA designation.

David Jarrett - Operations and Maintenance Program Manager
Dave has over 28 years experience in the telecom industry. He began as a technician with Pacific Bell and spent over 18 years in the design, installation, and implementation of inside plant infrastructure. He has served as a quality and productivity manager, a program manager, and has had oversight of OSP maintenance. He also has experience in small business networking and customer service. Dave was brought on board to manage the Tel Tech Plus portion of IDF introduction and implementation throughout NMCI.

Philip H. Schlesinger - Information Technology/Computer Aided Design Manager
Phil has been using computers since the age of 7, when he surprised many people around him by being able to clearly understand the arcane language and syntax used in the DOS 1.0 manual after a single reading. One can only imagine the shock people had in 1981 when he at that age got the original IBM PC to play all kinds of music through its built-in computer speaker using an included DOS program called “samples”. Since that day, it has been difficult to pull him away from the keyboard and computer screen for any length of time. He has worked as a computer consultant, systems integrator, project manager, and systems and network administrator - quite often simultaneously taking on several roles. He holds a bachelor degree in Management Information Systems, an associate degree in Accounting, a MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer), a CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), and is currently working on a second bachelor degree in Computer Science. He is also an avid sailor with spinnaker pole duty experience and is an intermediate player of chess. Chase Fields - Marketing Director
Chase has been in the business community for over 25 years. She spent her initial years as a retail manager and buyer. She then went into the banking industry as a branch manager. Ultimately, she was promoted to vice president of sales and marketing for a national bank. She managed all aspects of the advertising, print media campaigns, World Wide Web marketing, and sales programs. Chase was brought on board Tel Tech Plus to develop a marketing program for our general market operations.

Kimi Anderson - Administrative Director
Kimi has been in the administrative management field for over 15 years, and in the administrative field for over 20 years. She has a background in coordinating and organizing all areas of business administration. She has owned and managed an administrative and organizational consulting business helping start-ups and expanding corporate cultures. She has worked with medical device, Internet, advertising, biotechnology and communications firms. Her experience includes full administrative staff implementation, human resources, commercial real-estate location, space planning and full tenant-improvement management, business identity, accounting systems, vendor relations and all areas of business insurance.

James Stewart - RCDD / OSP Specialist / Operations Manager
Jim has over 14 years in the telecommunications industry. He became a cable installer for a medium-sized cabling company, was promoted to lead technician and then project manager in a exceptionally short time. With 10 years of experience, he became a licensed contractor in his own right in 1998. Jim came to Tel Tech Plus as Site Manager for one of the largest site locations within the NMCI project. Currently, with an RCDD certification, he brings proven expertise to our clients as consultant/designer and program manager for ISP/OSP projects.

Jeremy Anderson - Project Manager
As a BICSI Certified Technician with additional certifications in Siemon and other fiber optic methods, Jeremy provides critical expertise in on-site problem solving and a thorough understanding in the planning and implementation of complex commercial backbone cabling infrastructures. With five years experience in the telecommunications field and an additional nine years of electrical and general construction experience, Jeremy has the hands-on management skills to supervise the crews, coordinate appropriate materials, and complete projects within the established time frames using the most cost-effective techniques. As Project Manager, Jeremy applies the Tel Tech Plus philosophy of guaranteed customer satisfaction on a daily basis.
