Telecommunications hardware, software and supportXTS System: Communications SolutionsTM magazine has awarded the XTS communications system with the 2001 Product of the Year Award which honors innovative products and services that advance voice and data convergence. The XTS or "expandable Telephone System" uses compact, stackable, scalable architecture that can be configured as one cabinet supporting up to 136 ports to a maximum of three cabinets for a capacity of 136 ports.

Network Features Package

Starplus STS Digital Systems

Digital technology for business phone systemsBest suited for small to medium-sized growing businesses, Vodavi's Starplus STS digital system incorporates digital technology with powerful features that make business telecommunications easy and efficient. System capacities range from entry level 4 x 8 x 2 (4 CO lines, 8 digital stations, 2 analog ports) to a maximum of 24 x 48 x 2. Four additional CO lines are available when T1 is used. The STS is easy to install, configure, and expand.

The STS system is aggressively priced below comparable competitive systems and features an "a la carte menu" for pricing, including volume discounts for the phone instruments.

Discovery ACD -- Automatic Call Distribution

A call center is formed when two or more people with similar responsibilities perform inbound or outbound calls. Discovery Desktop - Computer Telephony Integration

Any job these days requires multitasking. Bring this skill to a new level by implementing Discovery Desktop, an add-on option that links your TRIAD telephone with your personal computer by transferring many of the telephone functions to the PC.

Discovery Desktop is a user-friendly system designed for swift, accurate call handling. Each user's PC desktop will display a fully functional representation of their telephone, complete with both fixed and flexible buttons, a call-status display, a directory window, and a dial window. Users then have an efficient visual answering environment to process calls using the PC screen.

To navigate the Discovery Desktop telephone, users may use their mouse or keyboard by clicking on the desired button or entering a phone number in the dial window. The telephone buttons represented on the PC screen are also conveniently color coded to easily identify the status of each line.

Additionally, users can handle calls while working in other Windows programs. This means users can accomplish more by handling calls while working at other tasks simultaneously. Discovery Desktop is ideal for the office administrator who performs both computer and telephone answering functions.
